THE PRESIDENT

    Preside at meetings of the association.

    Represent the organization in public and elsewhere.

    In conjunction with the council for the effective and smooth functioning of the association at all levels.

VICE PRESIDENT

    Assist the president in the discharge of his/her duties.

    Acts in the absence of the president.

    Carry out responsibilities specifically assigned by the President or Council.

GENERAL SECRETARY

    Accurately keeping of membership records.

    Draws agendas for meetings.

    Writing organizational report.

ASSISTANT SECRETARY

    Acts in the absence of the general secretary.

    Assist the general secretary in the performance of his or her duties.

    Performs duties assigned specifically by the general secretary.

TREASURER

    Drawing up of a budget and keeping records of incoming and outgoing finances.

    Paying of all the bills for the association within budget.

    Keeping the council, executive and members up to date about the financial status of the organization.

PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER

    Represent the organization in public and elsewhere.

    Planning publicity strategies and campaigns.

    organizing and attending promotional events such as press conferences.

ORGANIZER

    Responsible for organizing, establishing contacts Ayla all levels among members.
